What does the Mitel acquisition of Shoretel mean to customers?

The Mitel acquisition of Shoretel completed on September 25th 2017

The new joint business, known as Mitel, will have the fourth largest installed base of PBX/IP BBX worldwide with 9.7% market share.

The acquisition has understandably raised a number of questions regarding the future of each company’s products, how support will be delivered and will there be any changes to the current partner structure.

Following a recent conference with the new organisation Voyager Networks can confirm that customers can rest easy knowing that it’s business as usual, with no changes to the products, processes, people and the partners they are used to.

Voyager will continue to update all its customers with any relevant updates and changes.
