Voyager Networks has recently completed the 2nd phase of National Car Parks (NCP) new communications infrastructure, As part of their rapid growth NCP now has a new Cisco Contact Centre at their National Operations Centre in Croydon, which will furthermore support their growth plans and enhance customer service delivery.
